Mildred U. Addy

Mildred U. Addy, 80 of Bainbridge died 10:25 PM Tuesday, May 4, 2010 at Riverside Hospital, Columbus. .

Mildred was born May 23, 1929 in Ross County to the late Fred and Ruby Walls Wipert. On April 20, 1946 she married Rodney M. Addy, who died April 12, 2008.



She is survived by 5 children, Stephen (Jean) Addy of Bainbridge, Stanley (Ann) Addy of Grove City, Donald Addy of Chillicothe, Carol (Gary) Roush of Circleville and Roger (Jana) Addy of Chillicothe; 14 grandchildren, Steve, Mike, Jimmy, Joey (April), Lindsey, Spencer, Rochelle (Alex), Amy Richard, Bradley, Nicholas, Jamie (Dave), Jesse and Nicole (Danny); 8 great grandchildren; a sister, Marge (Martin) Shields of Springfield and 2 brothers, Harold Wipert of Chillicothe and Colin (Betty) Wipert of Florida.



In addition to her parents and husband Mildred was predeceased by a brother, Lawrence Wipert.



Mildred was a loving and devoted mother and grandmother who dearly enjoyed cooking for her family. She will be sadly missed by all who knew her.



Funeral Services will be held 1 PM Saturday, May 8, 2010 at the Smith-Moore-Ebright Funeral Home of Bainbridge with the Rev. Dane Knapp officiating. Burial will follow in the Pennisten Cemetery. Friends may call from 5 to 8 PM Friday at the funeral home.
