Naomi Seitz Templin

Naomi S. Templin, 94, of Frankfort, died at 12:10 a.m. on March 10, 2014 at Heartland of Chillicothe. She was born on March 8, 1920 in Ross County to the late Walter and Clara Jenkins Seitz. On July 27, 1944 she married James Darrell Templin, who preceded her in death on October 18, 1985.

She is survived by one son, Duane A. Templin, of Beaver OH, several nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews and friends. She was preceded in death by a sister and brother in law, Mildred S. and Robert W. Garrison, brother Reginald J. Seitz, and an infant brother Robert Wendell Seitz.

Naomi was a 1938 graduate of Frankfort High School. She belonged to the Frankfort United Methodist Church, Ladies Auxiliary Post 483, Ross County Senior Citizens and the senior citizens in Frankfort. She was a past member of the Suburban Garden Club, and a bingo club. She loved playing euchre at the Ross County Senior Citizens Center. She was an avid Ohio State Buckeyes and Cincinnati Reds fan. She will be missed by many, especially including pet dog Biscuit.

Funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. on Wednesday, March 12, 2014 in the EBRIGHT FUNERAL HOME, Frankfort, with Rev. Neil Foster officiating. Burial will follow in Greenlawn Cemetery, Frankfort. Friends may call at the funeral home from 11:30 a.m. until the time of service.
