Norma Jean "Jean" Embree

Norma Jean "Jean" Embree, 73, of Frankfort, died at 1:29 a.m. on Sunday, August 12, 2012 at the Vineyards at Concord. She was born on March 14, 1939 in Bainbridge, the daughter of the late Emil and Helen McNeil Everhart. She married David L. Embree on October 6, 1956 and he survives.

Also surviving are two sons; Michael R. Embree of Chillicothe, David L. (Jeannine) Embree of Navarre, OH, four grandchildren; Michael, Sara, Garrett and Alyssa Embree, two sisters; Thelma (Wayne) Watson and Donna Huggens of Greenfield, two brothers; Frank (Norma Jean) Everhart and Harvey (Phyllis) Everhart of Greenfield. She was preceded in death by one sister; Judy Henderson and two brothers; Dewey and Dwight Everhart.

Jean was a loving and devoted wife, mother and grandmother.

Family and friends will gather on Wednesday, August 15, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. in Greenlawn Cemetery, Frankfort for a graveside service. Calling hours will be held on Tuesday evening from 6 to 8 p.m. at the EBRIGHT FUNERAL HOME, Frankfort.
