Patricia Peterson

Patricia A. Peterson, 91, formerly of Frankfort, died at 2:18 p.m. on Thursday, April 20, 2023, at Carriage Court of Washington Court House. She was born in Chillicothe on Monday, May 25, 1931, the daughter of the late Russell and Louise Umphries Fletcher. On August 3, 1952, she married Albert W. "Bud" Peterson, and he proceeded her in death on August 12, 2019.

She is survived by her son, Michael Albert (Sherry) Peterson of Frankfort, daughter, Mary Ann (Thomas) Sowers of Frankfort, two grandchildren, Shane (Jennifer) Sowers, Shawn (Ashleh) Sowers, three great-grandchildren, Lee Michael Sowers, Jack Ryan Sowers, and Adam Wright Sowers. She was preceded in death by her stepmother, Viola G. Fletcher.

Pat was a 1949 graduate of Clarksburg High School. She owned and operated Pat's Beauty Salon in Frankfort for several years.

Pat's family would like to extend their gratitude to the caretakers of Ohio's Hospice of Fayette County and Carriage Court of Washington Court House.

In keeping with Pat's wishes cremation will be held. A memorial service will be held at the convenience of her family.
