Patricia Ann Sims

Patricia Ann Sims. 63, of Frankfort, died Saturday morning, December 12, 2015 at 12;10 a.m. at her home, surrounded by her family. She was born October 24, 1952, the daughter of the late William and Mildred J. Anders Rodgers. She is survived by her husband, Nelson L. Sims of Greenfield.

She is also survived by three children; Nellena Flannery, Jeremy Sims both of Frankfort and Chrystal Staton of LaFollette TN, three grandchildren; Kyle and Jordan Flannery and Joshua Staton, five sisters; Goldie Six of Chillicothe, Susan Landrum of Bourneville, Carol Hill of Greenfield, Linda Martin of Gainesville, FL, Joyce Morrison of Leesburg, one brother; Jerry Rodgers of Greenfield and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

Patricia was a 1971 graduate of Adena High School and received an Associate Degree in Nursing from Ohio University. She worked as a Registered Nurse at several local nursing homes. Patricia also taught a Nursing Assistants class at Laurels Oaks Vocational School the last two years. She was a member of the Wesleyan Holiness Church in Washington Court House.

A funeral service will be held at 12 p.m. on Wednesday, December 16, 2015 in the Wesleyan Holiness Church in Washington Court House. Burial will be in the Rodgers Family Cemetery. Friends may visit with Patricia's family on Wednesday at the church from 10 a.m until the time of the service. The EBRIGHT FUNERAL HOME, Frankfort assisted the family with the arrangements.
