Phyllis Jane Eusey

Phyllis J. Ebright Eusey, 75, of Columbus, was found dead in her home on Tuesday, August 12, 2014. She was born on June 6, 1939 in Buckskin Township, Ross County, Ohio, the daughter of the late Ernest E. and Mildred E. McMullen Ebright. On July 1, 1961 she married G. Stephen Eusey who preceded her in death on August 13, 2007.

She is survived by two children; Kristin L. (Mark) Cox of Tampa, FL, Matthew A. (Rebecca) Eusey of Chula Vista, CA, granddaughters; Megan, Bridgett, Kathryn and MacKenzie, one great granddaughter; Mahniya, four sisters; Karen G. Ebright of Columbus, Carol A. Hamilton of Greenfield, Jill V. Ebright of Groveport, OH, Susan E. Dupont of North Pole, AK, four brothers; John E. (Eileen) Ebright of Williamsburg, OH, George C. Ebright of South Salem, William D. Ebright of Frankfort, Kevin M. Ebright of Columbus, one aunt; Bootie Davis of Bainbridge. In addition to her parents, Phyllis was preceded in death by an uncle John Ebright.

Phyllis was a 1957 graduate of the Edward Lee McClain High School and was a 1960 graduate of the Grant Hospital School of Nursing. She worked as a Registered Nurse in hospitals in Ohio and Florida. She was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church of Tampa, FL.

A graveside service will be held on Monday, August 18, 2014 at 1 p.m. in Greenlawn Cemetery, Frankfort with Father Mike Paraniuk officiating. Phyllis's family will receive friends on Sunday, August 17, 2014 from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. at the ANDERSON-EBRIGHT FUNERAL HOME, Greenfield.
