Rebecca S. Fellenstein

Rebecca S. Fellenstein, 74 of Clarksburg, died on Monday morning, April 18, 2022, at Riverside Methodist Hospital, Columbus. She was born on Wedneday, September 24, 1947, in Chillicothe, the daughter of the late Harold W. and Mary Belle Baird Mash. Becky is survived by her husband, Charles T. Fellenstein, whom she married on May 29, 1965.

She is survived by one son, Thomas A. Fellenstein of Chillicothe, one daughter, Kimberly K. (Darrell) Griffith of Circleville, three grandchildren; Alexa Fellenstein, Lauren Fellenstein and Chandler Griffeth, two sisters; Susan Tootle of Clarksburg and Mary Barnes of Ft. Myers, FL, one brother; Tim (Cathy) Mash of Frankfort. She was preceded in death by one brother, David Mash.

Becky was a 1965 graduate of Unioto High School. She was a secretary with Adena Local School where she retired after thirty-six years of service. Becky cared for all the kids at school and did many unseen things to help the kids. She was a member of the Clarksburg Grange. Becky loved to travel and one of her favorite places was the Smokey Mountains. She and Charles also enjoyed spending time camping. Her three grandchildren loved spending time with Grandma where they would usually go somewhere to eat. Tom and Kim commented that they were blessed to have such a wonderful mother. She will be missed by her family and all those who knew her.

In keeping with Becky’s wishes, she will be cremated. Her family will hold a celebration of life service at a later date. The EBRIGHT FUNERAL HOME, Frankfort is serving the family. T
