Robert "Peanut" Eugene Byerly

Robert "Peanut" Byerly, 35, of Frankfort, died at 12:35a.m. on Sunday, February 23, 2014 at the Adena Regional Medical Center, Chillicothe. He was born on August 13, 1978 in Madison County the son of Jeff A. and Mary Byerly Ackley of Frankfort, and they survive.

Also surviving are his grandparents; Margaret Byerly of Frankfort, Janet Potter of London, Ohio, great-grandmother; Florence Spriggs of Frankfort, sister; Mary L.M. (David Combs) Ackley of Frankfort, brothers; Eric L. Byerly of Frankfort, Jeffrey C. (Tammy) Ackley of Frankfort, also several nieces, nephews, and close friends, including Gabe and Clay. He was preceded in death by his grandfathers; Harold E. Byerly and Charles E. Ackley, great grandmother; Dorothy Noble and cousin; Zach Price

Robert liked fishing, hunting, and deer hunting. His favorite saying was "Big Buck Down."

A funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. on Friday, February 28, 2014 in the EBRIGHT FUNERAL HOME, FRANKFORT. Burial will follow in Greenlawn Cemetery, Frankfort. Friends may call at the funeral home from 11 a.m. until the time of the service. To assist the family, memorial contributions can be made to the funeral home.
