Robert E. "Bob" Howard

Robert E. Howard, 82 of Bainbridge went to be with the Lord Saturday, March 3, 2012 at his residence. Bob was born March 4, 1929 in Greenfield the son of the late Earl and Annabel Wisecup Howard. On August 12, 1967 he married Beverly D. Bowles Howard, who survives.

Also surviving are his children, Debra A. (Neil) Grove of FL, Susan (Pete) Stodd of Dayton, Sandra (James) Bach of Grove City, Kelley (Stuart) McNeil of Greenfield, Scott Howard of Chillicothe and Troy David (Kim) Howard of Bainbridge; grandchildren, Jamie Kelley, Jacqueline Tenney, Jan Wisecup, Brandon and Brooke Bach, Chris Duke, Nicole Lawson, Alison, Brian and Spencer McNeil, Jon, Emily and Luke Howard; great grandchildren, Austin Bach, Blake and Roman Wisecup, Athena and Sage Kelley, Brooke, Katti and Jessie Duke, Baylee and Drake Lawson; great great grandchildren, Emily and Zuriah Duke; brother, William (Mary Kay) Howard of Sabina; sister-in-law, Catherine Howard; and many close friends;

In addition to his parents Bob was predeceased by his first wife, Elsie Rittenhouse Howard; sister, Ruth Anna Howard; brother, Glenn Lee "Fritz" Howard and a grandson, Rob Bowles.

Bob was a 1947 graduate of Edward Lee McClain High School, a retired electrician from IBEW Local 88 and Local 575, an Army veteran of the Korean Conflict and a member of the Rainsboro Church of Christ.

Funeral services will be held 11 am Wednesday, March 7, 2012 at the Rainsboro Church of Christ with Leo Kuhn and Steve Henderson officiating. Burial will follow in the Rhoads Cemetery. Friends may call from 4 to 8 pm Tuesday at the Church.
