Robert Doster McWilliams

Robert Doster McWilliams, 75, of Frazeysburg, OH died Saturday January 28, 2012 with his family at his side. He was born August 13, 1936 in Highland County, son of the late Wilbur Hull and Kathleen Doster McWilliams of Greenfield, OH
Left to cherish his memory is his wife, Natalie Marie Miscovich McWilliams of 48 years. His son, Sean Douglas McWilliams and his wife, Joan C., grandchildren; Evan, Shannon and Kaitlin of Grafton, NSW, Australia. His daughter, Colleen Marie McMahan and husband, Armin; grandchildren, Jalen, Seth and Meghan of Frazeysburg, OH.
He was raised in Greenfield, Ohio. Attended Wooster College upon graduating from McClain High School in Greenfield. He served in the US Marine Corps and retired from 220th US Air Force National Guard, Zanesville for a total of 26 years of military service. He also retired from The Limited and Alliance Data in 1997.
He was a lifelong Christian man, serving God at various Lutheran churches, where he served as President of Councils, an Elder, and a lay minister. He was a member of Our Saviour Lutheran Church in Newark, Ohio.
Funeral service will be held Friday, Feb. 3, 2012 at 11 a.m. in ANDERSON-EBRIGHT FUNERAL HOME, Greenfield with Rev. Jim Gau officiating. Burial will follow in Greenfield Cemetery where military honors will be accorded by the Greenfield Concerned Veterans Honor Guard. Friends may call at the funeral home on Friday from 10 a.m. until the time of the service. In lieu of flowers contributions can be sent to Our Saviour Lutheran Church, 1137 Sharon Valley Rd., Newark, OH 43055. A Celebration of Life will be held at Our Saviour Lutheran Church, Newark on February 11, 2012 at 11 a.m. followed with a luncheon.
