Rose Marie McGlone

Rose M. McGlone, 48, of Greenfield died at 7:50p.m. on Monday, March 25, 2013 in the OSU Medical Center, Columbus. She was born on May 4, 1964, in Highland County, the daughter of Harold G. and Patricia A. McMurray McGlone.
Surviving are her father and step-mother, Harold G. (Rose) McGlone, mother and step-father, Patricia A. (Stephen R.) Cook, one daughter, Chelsea "Re" Nicole Guy Wheeler of Wilmington and her father, Tim Wheeler, one sister Genea L.Stayrook (Kent) Smith of Washington Courthouse, three brothers, Timothy (Connie) McGlone of Lake View OH, Tony (Sandy) McGlone of Peebles, Greggory (Jana) McGlone of Greenfield, numerous nieces and nephews and three great nephews. She was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Vollie (Edith) McMurray, paternal grandparents, Charlie (Judy) McGlone, and her mother-in-law, Gloria Wheeler.
Rose was a 1984 graduate of McClain High School, Greenfield and had worked for PC Connection. Rose was a very loving child. She gave strength when she didn't think she had any, and a heart as good as gold. God wanted a flower, so he picked Rose. Steve is going to miss his 4o'clock coffee . She will be with us every day.
Funeral service will be held at 1p.m. Saturday, March 30, 2013 in the ANDERSON-EBRIGHT FUNERAL HOME, Greenfield, with Sister Looney and Rev. Mike Whitley officiating. Burial will follow in Cynthiana Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home on Saturday from 11a.m. until the time of service.
