Ruby M. Elliott

Ruby M. Elliott, 69, of Greenfield, died on Thursday, December 10, 2015 at 4:52 p.m. at Adena Regional Medical Center, Chillicothe. She was born on April 28, 1946 in Pike County, Ohio to the late Doug and Wonetta Robinette Johnson. On September 22, 1962 she married Roger W. Elliott Sr. who survives.
Also surviving are her children: Lynn (Lonnie) Riggs, Roger W. Elliott Jr., Carla M. Everhart all of Greenfield, Rob Thomas of Washington Court House and Alice Wright of Douglas, Georgia, six grandchildren: Frannie (Justin) Davis, Logan Elliott, Samantha (Townzen Flora) Storts, Jerry Dale Hodge, Hannah Hodge and Cody Elliott, three great -grandchildren: Creed and Cylus Davis and Paisley Flora, three sisters: Jane Schuff and Thelma Johnson of Fairborn, Goldie Dawes of Washington Court House, four brothers: Bill Johnson of Washington Court House, John and Joe Johnson both of Lyndon and Luther Johnson of Columbus and numerous nieces and nephews.
Ruby was a homemaker and was the owner and operator of Ruby's Greenhouse for many years. She was a member of the Greenfield Eagles.
Calling hours will be held on Sunday, December 13, 2015 from 2-4 p.m. at the ANDERSON-EBRIGHT FUNERAL HOME, Greenfield. In keeping with Ruby's wishes cremation will follow. Burial of the cremains will be in Greenfield Cemetery at the convenience of the family.
