Sabra Joy Buckner

Sabra J. Buckner, 53, of Obetz, formerly of Chillicothe, died at 4:57p.m. on Thursday, May 28, 2015. She was born on January 1, 1962 in Chillicothe, the daughter of the late Verdus and Nila Barnett Patrick. On July 5, 2009 she married Dewey W. Buckner, who preceded her in death on March 12, 2012.
Surviving are two daughters, Tammy Buckner of Laurelville, Amie (James) Hopkins of Obetz; grandchildren, Nate, Greg, and Haylie Fyffe, Brooke, Jada, Nevada, James Hopkins Jr.; sisters, Basha (Mike) Estep of Frankfort, Lilla (Mark) Stratton, Lydia (Shawn) Harrington, Starr Patrick; brother, Troy (Amber) Patrick, all of Chillicothe; numerous nieces and nephews; and her around the clock caregiver, Patricia HIll. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Edward Buckner, Sr.
A funeral service will be held at 1p.m. on Tuesday, June 2, 2015 in the EBRIGHT FUNERAL HOME, Frankfort, with Randy Kuhn officiating. Burial will follow in Greenlawn Cemetery, Chillicothe. Friends may visit with Sabra's family at the funeral home on Tuesday from 11a.m. until the time of service.
