Samantha Jo Benner

Samantha Jo Benner 42 of Bainbridge passed from this life Monday, May 13, 2019. She was born October 5, 1976 in Chillicothe the daughter of the Cynthia (Smith) Montgomery and the late Dexter Kent Benner.

She is survived by her mother; son, Thomas Wyatt Kent Pooler; her life partner, Tommy Pooler; grandchildren, Zoey and Zuryia Pooler; sisters, Patty (Hal) Smith and Jessie Benner (Chris Manuel); niece, Anna Smith and nephews, Adam Smith, Alex and Aaron Manuel.

In addition to her father Sam was preceded in death by her stepfather, William “Joe” Montgomery.

Sam was a 1995 Graduate of Paint Valley High School and she had worked at the Timbers Restaurant.

Graveside service will be held 2 pm Thursday, May 16, 2019 in the Bainbridge Cemetery with Rev. Hurley Hamilton officiating. There will be no calling hours observed. The SMITH-MOORE-EBRIGHT Funeral Home, Bainbridge is serving the family.
