Sandra Kay Steele

Sandra Kay Steele 70 of Chillicothe went home to be with her Lord Saturday, November 6, 2021, from Riverside Methodist Hospital, Columbus. She was born June 28, 1951, in Ross County the daughter of the late William E. and Dora (Shoemaker) Miller. On April 25, 1970, she married Roger L. Steele, Sr, who survives.

She is also survived by two sons Roger (Sara) Steele and Brandon (Gina) Steele; 13 grandchildren Nathan, Alyssa, Macy Lilly, Cain, Isaac, Eden, Logan, Braydon, Kelsie, Brenna, Brooke, and Brady; a brother Randy Miller and a host of relatives and friends.

Sandy was a graduate of Paint Valley High School, and she was a member of the Camelin Hill Community Church. She enjoyed cooking and loved spending time with her grandchildren, they were her pride and joy.

In keeping with Sandy’s wishes there will be no visitation and a graveside service will be held 11 am Thursday, November 11, 2021, in Twin Township Cemetery with Pastor Rick Hartley officiating.

In lieu of flowers the family request memorial contributions be made to the Camelin Hill Community Church 2375 Camelin Hill Road Chillicothe, OH 45601.

The SMITH-MOORE-EBRIGHT Funeral Home of Bainbridge is serving the family.

So sorry to hear about Sandy, I grew up with her, and she was "always" one of the nicest people there was. May God help Roger and all the family through their great loss, and comfort them "knowing" that Sandy is now home with Him!

We loved Sandy. She always seemed to have a smile. She loved the Lord. It will be a great reunion in the sky. We will miss you but we know your in heaven. May God give your family the comforting.
