Sharon Kay Saxour

Sharon K. Saxour, 66, of Chillicothe, died at 3:25am on Wednesday, June 15, 2016, at the Adena Regional Medical Center. She was born on December 20, 1949 the daughter of the late Junior and Letha Ruff Nixon. She married Charles A. Saxour, and he survives.

Surviving are her children, George Jason (Felicia) Copland and Joshua Brent (Whitney) Copland, both of Chillicothe, stepchildren, Angela Lee (Heath) Bennett, Charles (Erin) Saxour, Tara (Marcus) Peacher, all of Frankfort, four grandchildren, nine step grandchildren, brother, Randy Nixon of Oklahoma, and a special friend, Vicky Blazer of Chillicothe.

Sharon worked as a registered nurse at the VA Hospital in Chillicothe, where she retired after 41 years. She was a member of the Lighthouse Baptist Church.

Friends and family are invited to visit with the Saxour family at the EBRIGHT FUNERAL HOME, FRANKFORT, on Thursday, June 23, 2016 from 4 to 7pm. In keep with Sharon's wishes cremation will take place. Burial of her cremains will take place at the convenience of the family at a later date.
