Shirley Maxine Kriebel

Shirley Maxine Kriebel 80 of Chillicothe died 6:33 pm Saturday, November 26, 2016 at Adena Regional Medical Center. She was born October 4, 1936 in Pike County the daughter of the late Stanley and Elsie Landon Carter.

She is survived by her husband of 35 years, Lonnie D. Kriebel; 6 children, Melody Thompson, Danny Thompson, Teri Johnson, Dwana Kriebel, Autumn (Pat) Recker and Lonnie D. (Kandice) Kriebel, Jr.; 12 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren; sister-in-law, LaRue Smith and several nieces, nephews and friends.

She was preceded in death by a son, Stanley Thompson and sisters, Mary Bowles and Marie Leeth.

Shirley loved to read, sew and cook for her family. She enjoyed getting family together. She also actively attended a Baptist Church close to where she lived.

Friends may visit with Shirley’s family from 5-7 pm Wednesday, November 30, 2016 at the SMITH-MOORE-EBRIGHT Funeral Home, Bainbridge with a brief funeral service following at 7pm with Rev. Dane Knapp officiating.
