Stanley P. Wagoner

Stanley P. Wagoner 93, of Bainbridge died 3:05 am Saturday, April 18, 2015 at Edgewood Manor, Greenfield. He was born April 2, 1922 in Cynthiana, KY the son of the late Grover and Hazel Wagoner.

He is survived by his children, Rochell (Jimmie Combs) Wagoner-Combs of Bainbridge and Ricky (Shannon) Wagoner of Hillsboro; 5 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren, 2 step grandsons and a step great granddaughter; sisters, Helen Paul of Greenfield and Pauline Chaney of Richmond, IN; brothers, Eddie and Bill Wagoner of Bainbridge; and a special friend, Helen Brewsaugh of Bainbridge.

In addition to his parents Stan was predeceased by a brother and a sister.

Stanley was an Army veteran of WWII and a member of the American Legion Post 14 of Bainbridge. He also enjoyed fishing.

Funeral services will be held 1 pm Wednesday, April 22, 2015 at the SMITH-MOORE-EBRIGHT Funeral Home, Bainbridge. Burial will follow in the Bainbridge Cemetery with military honor accorded by the Highland County Honor Guard. Friends may visit with Stan's family Wednesday from 11am until the time of service at the funeral home.
