Stephen Rodney Addy

Stephen Rodney Addy 64 of Bainbridge died 6 pm Monday, March 24, 2014 at the VA Medical Center, Chillicothe. He was born July 23, 1949 in Ross County the son of the late Rodney M. and Mildred Wipert Addy. On December 24, 1972 he married the former Ellen Jean Porter, who survives.

Also surviving are, his son, Michael Butterbaugh of Lancaster; granddaughter, Shelby Renee` Layberger of Lancaster; sister, Carol (Gary) Roush of Circleville; brothers, Stanley M. (Ann) Addy of Grove City, Donald W. Addy and Roger W. (Janna) Addy both of Chillicothe and several nieces, nephews and special friends.

Stephen was a Marine Corp. Veteran and he loved to play music.

Funeral Services will be 6 pm Friday, March 28, 2014 at the SMITH-MOORE-EBRIGHT Funeral Home, Bainbridge with Rev. Dane Knapp officiating. Burial will be at the convenience of the family. Friends may call from 4 to 6 pm Friday at the funeral home
