Stephen M. Fennell

Stephen M. Fennell, 36, of Bainbridge, died unexpectedly on Tuesday, May 9, 2023. He was born in Portsmouth, VA, on Saturday, November 15, 1986, the son of James C. and Tracy L. Handley Fennell, and they survive.

He is also survived by his daughter, Natasha Joy Fennell of Bainbridge, two sisters, Athena Beth Waters of Circleville and Sarah Dawn Fennell of Reynoldsburg.

Stephen was a 2005 graduate of Paint Valley High School. He worked in quality control in the Walmart Distribution Center in Washington Court House.

A funeral service will be held at 1PM on Friday, May 12, 2023, at the Bainbridge First Assembly of God, with Pastor Mark Gray officiating. Friends can visit with Stephen's family on Friday, from 11 a.m. until the time of the service. Following the services cremation will follow.
