Terry Lee Walley, 68, of Bainbridge, Ohio passed away unexpectedly Friday, September 14, 2018 at OSU Hospital. He was born December 21, 1949 in Ross County, Ohio to Clark Walley, Jr. and the late Dorothy (Tackett) Collins. He married his wife Laura Stafford on May 26, 1985.
After high school, Terry worked at Bill Boatman Co. until 1976 when he began his career in car sales and management at McAllister Chevrolet. He retired in 2016. Terry's life and hobbies revolved around cars. He enjoyed his race cars, customizing each one. He participated in drag racing in several surrounding states. His expertise was in painting cars, and continued enjoying this talent after retirement. He had a garage for painting where his buddies (including Gus) loved to watch. He was a fan of the Buckeyes, Bengals, and Cincinnati Reds, and enjoyed watching the games with his buddy Mark Anderson.
He was preceded in death by his mother Dorothy Collins, father-in-Law Jim Stafford, and son-in-Law Aaron Weaver.
He is survived by his loving wife Laura, father Clark Walley Jr. (Shirley), children Kim Atwood (Greg), Jessie Doles (Kelly), Rheid Walley, Devon Kinzer (Travis), and Kaci Walley (Lee Huffman); seven grandchildren, four step-grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren. He is also survived by his sister Tracy Phillips (Ray), several aunts, uncles and cousins.
Funeral services will be held 1:00 pm Tuesday, September 18, 2018 at Bainbridge Assembly of God with Pastors Mark Gray and Shaun Howard officiating. Burial will follow in Bainbridge Cemetery. Friends may call at the church on Tuesday from 11:00 to time of service.
