Thomas A Schrader

Thomas A. Schrader, 71, of Greenfield, died at 7:26 A.M. on Monday, December 18, 2017 at Veterans Affair Medical Center in Chillicothe. He was born on September 11, 1946 in Chillicothe, the son of the late Albert F. and Anna E. Holeman Schrader. On January 29, 1972 he married the former Linda A. Knisley, who survives.

Also surviving is one daughter; Melody Schrader (Jeff Lawwell) of Washington Court House, one son; Thomas A. Schrader of Greenfield, three step-children; Lisa Brunner (Donna Ginther) of Wellston, Annette Carney of Goshen and Brian (Carry) Brunner of Chillicothe, twelve grandchildren; Branton and Brennen Schrader, Karlie (L.J.) Davis, Thomas and Tori Schrader, Sadie Willett, David Babbs, Ashlee Gossett, Haylee and Christian Brunner, Bernie (Julie) Dunlap and Shannon Dixon, eight great-grandchildren; Kenley Schrader and Benson Schrader, Easton Davis, Faith and Waylon Hawk, Blakely Schrader and Hunter and Savannah Dunlap, one sister; Ada Hughes of Chillicothe, three brothers; John Schrader of Chillicothe, Richard Schrader of Ashville, OH and Jack Schrader of Clarkburg. Thomas is preceded in death by two sisters; his twin Patti Schrader and Anne Schrader, two brothers; Fred and Bob Schrader and one grandchild; Nolan Brunner.

Thomas was United States Navy Veteran and served on the U.S.S. Meredith. He later worked for twenty two years at Thatcher Plastics and later worked as a greeter at Wal-Mart.

A funeral service will be held at 1:00 P.M. on Thursday, December 21, 2017 in the ANDERSON-EBRIGHT FUNERAL HOME, Greenfield with Logan Graham officiating. Burial will follow in the Grandview Cemetery, Chillicothe.  Friends may visit with Thomas’s family from 11:00 A.M. until the time of the service on Thursday.
