Tony Thomas

Tony Thomas, 49, of Chillicothe, died unexpectedly Sunday morning, January 1, 2012, at Adena Regional Medical Center. He was born, in Ross County, on December 3, 1962 the son of Hiram and Donna Valentine Thomas. On May 2, 1998 he married the former Michelle Secrest, and she survives.

He is also survived by his mother; Donna Thomas of Frankfort, daughter; Jessica Detillion of Frankfort, grandchild, and joy of his life; Tonie Detillion, sisters; Val (Mike) Hibbler of Frankfort, Victoria Winn of San Pablo, CA, Katie Thomas of Frankfort, brother; Hiram "Boo" Thomas of Columbus. He was preceded in death by his father; Hiram Thomas, son; Mark Secrest, granddaughter; Kyonnah Ater, brother; Jeff Thomas, and his mother-in-law and father-in-law.

Tony was a truck driver for J W Express, Cincinnati. He was a graduate of Adena High School and he was a veteran of the United States Army.

Funeral service will be held Thursday, January 5, 2012, at 1 p.m. in the EBRIGHT FUNERAL HOME, Frankfort. Burial will follow in Greenlawn Cemetery, Frankfort. Friends may call at the funeral home on Wednesday, from 5-8 p.m.
