Wanneta E. Woodford

Wanneta E. Woodford, 85, of Frankfort, died at 6:40 a.m. on Saturday, July 6, 2013 at Westmoreland Place, Chillicothe. She was born on April 19, 1928 in French Creek, WV the daughter of the late Owen and Ora Belle Burr Loudin. On October 26, 1951 she married William Ray "Bill" Woodford and he preceded her in death on April 23, 1991.

Surviving are her children; Paul James (Jane) Woodford of Springboro, OH, Donna Sue (Don) Bennett of Cleveland, OH, Billie Rae (Mark) Flint of Wilmington, OH, Richard L. Woodford of Frankfort, OH, George Andrew (Melissa Hollingsworth) Woodford of Beavercreek, OH, grandchildren; Shannon (Travis) Stockwell, Shane Flint, Amanda Woodford, Sarah Woodford, Emily (Mike) Woodford, William Bennett, Nick (Susan) DiFlora, Dalton Hollingsworth, Chelsea Banks, great-grandchildren; Trevin, Ryleigh, and Emmy Stockwell, Hailey Appleman, Acelynn Givens, Zebulan Burke, Nathan, Madeline, and Quinn DiFlora. She was preceded in death by 11 brothers and sisters.

Wanneta was a member of the Frankfort Baptist Church. She retired from Chillicothe Ross County Library-Frankfort branch.

Calling hours will be held on Wednesday, July 10, 2013 from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Frankfort Baptist Church, 50 Eastern Ave, Frankfort, OH 45628. Funeral service will follow at 8 p.m. with Pastor Paul Winks officiating. On Saturday, July 13, 2013 calling hours will be held at the Mt. Olive Church near Phillipi, WV from 12 to 1 p.m. with a brief service at 1 p.m. Burial will follow at the Mt. Olive Church Cemetery. The EBRIGHT FUNERAL HOME, Frankfort is serving the family.
