William "Bill" Barton

William E. "Bill" Barton, 68, of Greenfield, died at 7:30 a.m. on Monday, August 24, 2015 in the Four Seasons Nursing and Rehabilitation of Washington Court House. He was born February 18, 1947 in Frankfort to the late Eugene and Lena Brust Barton.
Bill is survived by two sons; Brian (Janie) Barton and Chris (Shannon) Barton all of Greenfield, five grandchildren; Sydney, Lexie, Mathew, Reagan and Sierra Barton, one sister; Barbara (Lynn) Doerschuk of West Chicago IL, one brother; Carl Edward (Linda) Barton of Frankfort. He is preceded in death by one son; William Curtis Barton and four sisters; Crystal Barton, Gayle Mercer, Sally Pierce and Edna Summers.
Bill was a graduate of Buckskin High School and spent most of life as a farmer in the Greenfield area.
Funeral service will be held Thursday, August 27, 2015 at 1:00 p.m. in the ANDERSON-EBRIGHT FUNERAL HOME, Greenfield with Danny Dodds officiating. Burial will follow in the South Solon Cemetery, South Solon. Friends may visit with Bill's family on Thursday from 11:00 a.m. until the time of the service.
