William Wilbur "Wilbur" Justus

William Wilbur Justus, 84, of Frankfort, died at 3:03pm on Monday, February 13, 2012 at Adena Regional Medical Center, Chillicothe. He was born on May 25, 1927 in Ross County, the son of the late William Wilbur and Dica Graham Justus.

Surviving are his former wife; Betty Bainter Justus of Frankfort, son; Bruce (Peggy) Justus, daughter; Cherie (Don Bland) Justus, all of Chillicothe, granddaughter; Mariam (Jeremy) Rhoades of Columbus, great-grandchildren; Heavyn, Trinity and Jeremy Jr. Rhoades, sister; Francis (Robert) Yates of Chattanooga TN, nieces, nephews, and many close friends who he shared a cup of coffee with. He was preceded in death by his brother; Ed Justus.

Wilbur was a 1946 graduate of Chillicothe High School. He was an auditor for the State of Ohio. Wilbur was a very active church member at the Frankfort United Methodist Church. He was a Sunday School teacher for the Men's Group, Head Usher, custodian and he participated in the Emmaus Share Group. He was an active member of the Frankfort Lions Club. He was a big sports fan and a regular at the Frankfort Corner Restaurant and Dairy Cone.

Funeral service will be held at 11am on Friday, February 17, 2012 in the Frankfort United Methodist Church with Pastor Neil Foster officiating. Burial will follow in Greenlawn Cemetery, Frankfort.
