WILLIAM D. EBRIGHT

WILLIAM D. EBRIGHT

President, Funeral Director

Bill grew up on a farm in Buckskin Township and is a 1975 graduate of Edward Lee McClain High School and a 1983 graduate of Southern State Community College. He is a Licensed Funeral Director and also has his insurance license. Bill is an active member and Past President of the Frankfort Lions Club, a member and Past Master of Frankfort Masonic Lodge #309, and the Ohio Funeral Directors Association. Bill has two sons, Bart, who is a graduate of the University of Rio Grande with a degree in Chemistry and Physics, and Brian, who is a graduate of the Cincinnati College of Mortuary Science. In 2015, Bill married the former Rebecca Robertson of Chillicothe. Together they enjoy traveling, spending time with their grandchildren, and attending the Greenfield Church of Christ, where Bill currently serves as an elder.

Manager of Smith-Moore-Ebright Funeral Home, Embalmer and Funeral Director

Matt began working at the funeral home in the fall of 1991. He graduated from Paint Valley High School in 1994 and after graduation he attended Ohio University-Chillicothe for three years before going to the Cincinnati College of Mortuary Science, where he graduated in 1998 . He is married to the former Michelle Strouth. They have four children; Jordan, Sydney, Elijah and Nevaeh. Matt and his family are active in the Acts Believe Church, Chillicothe. Matt is currently the Mayor of the Village of Bainbridge.

Brian is a 2001 graduate of Adena High School, Frankfort. He attended Ohio University-Chillicothe and then the Cincinnati College of Mortuary Science where he was a Magna Cum Laude graduate in the Fall Class of 2004. He became licensed in June of 2007. Brian is married to Jen Ebright. They have two daughters; Katterli Rayne and Temperance Mae. Brian and his family attend the Calvary Lutheran Church in Chillicothe.

Embalmer and Funeral Director, Aftercare Coordinator

Jen is a 2002 graduate of Kenwood High School, Baltimore MD. She attended the Community College of Baltimore County and is a graduate of the Cincinnati College of Mortuary Science. Jen became a licensed embalmer and funeral director in October 2008. Jen is married to Brian Ebright. They have two daughters; Katterli and Tempe. Jen and her family attend the Calvary Lutheran Church in Chillicothe. Jen also serves as a troop leader for the Frankfort Girl Scouts Troops 1247 and 8759, and her family is heavily involved in the Adena Lady Warriors Softball program. When they're not working, scouting, or playing softball, her family loves traveling to Walt Disney World and cruising with Disney Cruise Line. Jen is an avid reader of Stephen King, and is an advisor for Creative Memories scrapbooking company.

Bruce is a 1972 graduate of the Edward Lee McClain High School, Greenfield. He is married to the former Belinda Havens and they live outside of Greenfield. They have two children, Zebulon and Shanna. Bruce worked for R.R. Donnelly as a press operator. In his spare time, Bruce enjoys fishing, hunting, and farming.

Danny has been married to his wife, Delite for 55 years. Both are graduates of Washington High School, Washington C.H. And Kentucky Christian University in Grayson, Kentucky. Delite retired from teaching first grade at Greenfield Elementary after 33 years. Danny resides in Washington C.H. Together they raised two daughters, Tami (Kurt) Croll, and Deanne (Jeremy) Miller; and have 5 grandchildren.

Danny retired from the full-time ministry after 55 years, most recently from the Greenfield Church of Christ. Besides his family, my greatest blessing in life is to have a heart for people and their needs. Being a part of the staff at the Ebright Funeral Home enables me to continue doing what he loves.
His favorite restaurant is While Castle and favorite TV show is Andy Griffith (Barney Fife).

JAY FABIN

Jay is a 1969 graduate of the Edward Lee McClain High School, Greenfield. He worked at Greenfield Printing and Publishing which later became R.R. Donnelly, where he was a supervisor. Jay and his wife Pam are known for their singing talent and have both been members of the Singing Disciples. They are both active in the Greenfield Church of Christ. Jay currently serves as a church elder, Senior Saints Minister, and Worship Leader. He and Pam have two children and several grandchildren.

Dianna is a greeter at the Smith-Moore-Ebright Funeral Home. She and her husband Mike have three children, Kirk, April, and Jason. They attend Fairview Chapel where Dianna plays piano. Dianna enjoys gardening and working in her flowers and attending car shows with Mike.

Don has worked in various capacities for the Ebright Funeral Homes for more than twenty years. Don is a 1963 graduate of Frankfort High School and served in the United States Air Force. He retired from DuPont Chemical Co. in Circleville after many years of employment. He is an active member of Roxabel Second Baptist Church and the Frankfort Lions Club. Don and his wife Barbara celebrated 54 years of marriage, before her death in late 2018. Together they had two children, D.J. and Donda, and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Don enjoys woodworking and visiting with his many friends.

Bernie is a 1967 graduate of the Edward Lee McClain High School, Greenfield. He is a veteran of the United States Navy, having served in Vietnam. He is married to Carolyn Sue and has a son, Brennon, and two step-sons, Eric and Jason Huffer. He retired from Rotary Forms where he worked as an operator. Bernie is active in the Greenfield Church of Christ, where he serves as an elder. He is a member of the Concerned Veterans of Greenfield.
